Hello team. This is a reminder for submitted orders of SIFTicket-qualified addresses— Addresses may qualify from a SIFT because of the closeness to the nearest Fiber box— However there always a chance of the order NOT PROCEEDING due to factors (such as path, facilities, inside wiring, etc.) and the installation will NOT be 100% successful. After this happens, job is referred to Engineering for further review which can go two ways, (1) Order rescheduled for a later date to continue install or (2) Order is cancelled.

Frontier Retention Options Update

May 28, 2024

Effective: 5/29/24 (Wednesday)

+ Frontier retention will now have 2 options, one option for immediate draft, another option for draft AFTER retention

+ Option 1: PRE-Retention Draft (drafts IMMEDIATELY after verification– The rates are Frontier Winbacks with the over quote of $20 (what we had originally)

+ Option 2: POST-Retention Draft (drafts AFTER retention rates confirmed) – The rates are just Frontier Winback rates (a good amount of cx can get this, but not every cx, depends on location)

These options allow for flexibility for an agent to close out an order faster or can nudge out a close savings for a cx to help close the sales

Retention Pricing Update

Effective: 5/24/24 (Friday) + Frontier Retention Pricing can be quoted WINBACK RATES ––– BUT!

+ If there retention can not be done at the winback rate we will revert back to the normal retention pricing which the sales rep will be informed to speak with the cx, afterward the cx will need to get reverified

+ Sometimes Retention at Winback Rates happen and the data shows that some cx can get this, but not always everyone, so this will help create more margin for DTV and help more cx

+ Process will be as follows:

1.) Order gets pre-verified at WINBACK RETENTION RATES (order will not draft)

2.) Retention team will see if the cx can get the winback retention rates, if the cx can get it, they will move the order to VERIFIED and DRAFT the order for install

3a.) If winback retention rates is not qualified for the cx, they will do the normal retention rates

3b.) Carlo’s Retention Team will contact the sales rep to speak to the cx about the adjustments

4.) Sales team will inform if the cx agree to the changes

5.) If cx agree to the changes they will get REVERIFIED by Verification Dept.

6.) If reverify is successful, we will move order from PRE-VERIFIED to VERIFIED and draft the order

Hopefully these changes will allow us to reach more cx with more margins of savings so we can reach out 1000 install goals, thank you for your time and cooperation

Frontier SIFT Ticket Update

You can always post SIFT ticket request within the Didscord # Frontier Channel. Multiple agents can go ahead and work on your request.

Please provide the service address that doesnt qualify ( or have DSL) and also provide neighboring address that is fiber capable. We‘ll create a sift ticket update for you to check if an area qualifies .
