NEW AT&T AIR service will qualify for a Visa Reward card in the amount of their Early Termination Fee (ETF), up to $750 Who does the cx call?

  • Mobility Dept 1-800-331-0500 || Billing Support, advise they are calling to redeem Switcher Rewards Gift Card

When can the cx redeem their gift card?

  • Active 90 days (3rd Billing Cycle)
  • Stay in Good standing and paying on time

Where does the cx turn in the paper work?

  • During the phone call cx will provide through email communication, cx must have final bill ready showing the ETF cost (bill must be within the 60 days after activation of AIR services.

How do they get the money?

  • Mailed Gift Card

How long does it take to receive?

  • Mailed right away, receive within 24 – 48hrs

What is the expiration date if any on the card?

  • No expiration date for use

AT&T AIR 30 DAY RISK FREE - RETURN PROCESS

  • Must return before 30 days (from activation date)
  • Cx call into mobilty dept 1-800-331-0500
  • they advise the agent they were not happy with the services and will begin the cancellation process
  • they will give the cx the option to drop off the device at an at&t location or provide them a shipping label to return it to the warehouse.
  • Once at&t receives the device, cx will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the at&t air.
  • since its before the 30 days the cx wouldn’t have been charged anything

Effective 11/12: Here’s how it works:

  • Risk-free: Customers must cancel within 30 days of activation if AIA-B isn’t for them.
  • Easy return: Customers simply return the AIA-B gateway within 30 days via RMA (Return Material Authorization) shipping or at any AT&T retail store.
  • Automatic Credits: Once the cancellation and return of equipment are verified, our systems will automatically credit all charges within two billing cycles. Sellers should not request manual credits

When processing, AT&T is now requiring the cx to have a debit or credit card placed on file for abp. Nothing will be charged unless specified that a balance is due upfront to complete the order. Yes, after install the cx can remove the cc from abp or change it to a different card.
